Pay My Premiums / Contributions

For General Insurance and General Takaful, please contact your agent or find us at our nearest branches or head offices.

For Life Insurance and Family Takaful, you may choose one of the following ways to remit your life insurance premiums / family takaful contributions to us.

Internet Banking

  • Zurich Insurance

    JomPay JomPAY Biller Code: 9191

    Pay your life insurance premiums using your current / savings account or credit card, anytime and anywhere. There is no hidden cost.

    1. Log-in to your preferred bank’s internet or mobile banking website.
    2. Click "JomPAY" at BillPay menu.
    3. Key in "9191" at Biller Code field.
    4. Key in your life policy number at Ref-1 field.
    5. Key in your contact number at Ref-2 field.
    6. Key in the payment amount.
    7. Click "Submit" to complete the payment process.

    MyPolicy@Zurich website

    Sign up as a user at MyPolicy@Zurich and you will able make online payment for your life insurance premiums via any of the participating banks as listed in the portal.

    1. Log-in to MyPolicy@Zurich.
    2. Click "MyPayment" tab.
    3. Click "Renewal Policy Payment".
    4. Select the policy that you wish to pay.
    5. Click "Agree & Continue".
    6. Select your desired bank for online payment.
    7. Click "Confirm Payment".
    8. Key in the payment amount.
    9. Key in your user ID and password on the respective bank’s web page.
    10. Key in the OTP (One Time Password) that is sent to your registered mobile number.
    11. Click "Submit" to complete the payment process.

    Bank website

    Log on to any of the respective banking websites below for your life premium payment:

  • Zurich Takaful

    JomPay JomPAY Biller Code: 8425

    Make your family takaful contributions using your current / savings account or credit card, anytime and anywhere. There is no hidden cost.

    1. Log-in to your preferred bank's internet or mobile banking website.
    2. Click "JomPAY" at BillPay menu.
    3. Key in "8425" at Biller Code field.
    4. Key in your Ref-1 number found on your bill statement.
    5. Key in your Ref-2 number found on your bill statement.
    6. Key in the payment amount.
    7. Click "Submit" to complete the payment process.

    MyAccount@Zurich Takaful

    Sign up as a user at the MyAccount portal and you will able make online payment for your family takaful contributions via any of the participating banks as listed in the portal.

    1. Log-in to MyAccount @ Zurich Takaful
    2. Select E-Payment
    3. Click "Pay MyContribution"
    4. At "Own Certificate(s) Payment List", choose certificate number and click "PAY"
    5. Key in amount in "Payment Amount & click "UPDATE"
    6. Click "CONFIRM" then click "CONFIRM PAYMENT" to proceed
    7. Redirect to mepsfpx.com ...
    8. Here payment details (merchant name & ID, FPX ID etc) & retail bankings appear.
    9. Select preferred bank and click "Agree and Continue"
    10. Key in email address for notification to be sent to & submit.
    11. Redirecting to internet banking webpage
    12. Key in OTP and submit.
    13. Payment successful with FPX acknowledgement slip pop up.
    14. Email receive for final notification.

Direct Debit Deduction

  • Zurich Insurance

    A one-time registration can be made at any of the Zurich branches. We will automatically deduct your life insurance premiums from your bank account or credit card on a recurring basis. Do note that transaction charges may apply for selected banks.

    The MyClear Direct Debit Authorisation Form can be collected and submitted at your nearest Zurich branches or head offices.

    You may download the Direct Debit Authorisation Form / Credit Card Debit Authorisation Form from the Download Forms section and submit it to your nearest Zurich branches or head offices.

    Direct Debit via Biro Perkhidmatan Angkasa

    If you are a Zurich Takaful customer, you can make your family takaful contributions through salary deduction via Biro Perkhidmatan Angkasa (ANGKASA) – the collection medium between all departments in the public sector and the Accountant General or State Accountant. We will automatically deduct your family takaful contributions from your bank account on a recurring basis.

ATM Banking

Zurich ATM

Pay your life insurance premiums / family takaful contributions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at any Zurich ATMs located at our major branches. Our ATMs accept cheques for payment.

Maybank ATM (for Zurich Insurance customers only)

Pay your life insurance premiums at any Maybank ATMs located nationwide. A one-time registration can be made at any Zurich Insurance branches before you pay your life insurance premiums at your preferred Maybank ATM.

  1. Visit the nearest Maybank ATM after 10 working days of your registration.
  2. Insert your Maybank ATM card
  3. Key in your 6-digit pin number
  4. Select "PAYBILLS" on the main menu screen
  5. Select “REGISTERED PAYEE CORP”
  6. Enter your payment amount
  7. Select “Yes” to confirm
  8. Select the account you wish to make payment from (ie. Savings or Current)
  9. Select the policy number that you wish to pay for
  10. Select “Yes” to continue
  11. Complete transaction and print bank-in slip

Please retain your ATM receipt for future reference.

Bank Branches

Pay your life insurance premiums / family takaful contributions by cash or cheque at any of the following banks that is convenient to you:

  1. Use one bank-in slip for ONE policy / certificate number only.
  2. Fill in your policy / certificate number in the Reference ("Rujukan") column on the bank-in slip.
  3. Fill in the correct bank account number:

Mail-in Cheque

Cheques must be crossed and made payable to "Zurich Insurance Malaysia Berhad" (for Zurich Insurance customers) or "Zurich Takaful Malaysia Berhad" (for Zurich Takaful customers).

  1. Write the following information at the back of the cheque:

    i. Policy / certificate holder’s name
    ii. Policy / certificate number(s) and premium / contribution amount (if payment is made for more than one policy / certificate)
    iii. Contact number

  2. Mail your cheque(s) to our Head Office.

Check Your Payment Status

How can I check the payment status for my life insurance premiums / family takaful contributions?

Alternatively, you may log-in to MyPolicy@Zurich or MyAccount @ Zurich Takaful to check your payment status after 3 working days.


Will there be any receipt issued?

No receipt will be issued for payment method via the Internet Banking, Auto Debit Deduction and ATM Banking. You are advised to check your online transaction history or bank / credit card statement.

The official receipt for payments made via cheques will be sent to the last known address of the policy / certificate holder. If your address has changed, please notify us.

Note: Your Annual Premium Statement (for tax relief purposes) can be downloaded from MyPolicy@Zurich for Zurich Insurance customers or MyAccount @ Zurich Takaful for Zurich Takaful customers. Zurich Insurance customers (and Zurich Takaful corporate clients) can also request for a mailed statement. Zurich Takaful corporate clients will receive a mailed statement by March each year.
