Alternatively, you may log-in to MyPolicy@Zurich or MyAccount @ Zurich Takaful to check your payment status after 3 working days.
Will there be any receipt issued?
No receipt will be issued for payment method via the Internet Banking, Auto Debit Deduction and ATM Banking. You are advised to check your online transaction history or bank / credit card statement.
The official receipt for payments made via cheques will be sent to the last known address of the policy / certificate holder. If your address has changed, please notify us.
Note: Your Annual Premium Statement (for tax relief purposes) can be downloaded from MyPolicy@Zurich for Zurich Insurance customers or MyAccount @ Zurich Takaful for Zurich Takaful customers. Zurich Insurance customers (and Zurich Takaful corporate clients) can also request for a mailed statement. Zurich Takaful corporate clients will receive a mailed statement by March each year.
