Motor Takaful is based on wakalah model between the Takaful Operator and the participant wherein the Takaful operator acts as a manager to manage the takaful fund to provides financial cover for the vehicle and the participant in return pays specific contribution annually. Motor Takaful provides protection for your vehicle against the financial loss and liability that could result as a part of accident or theft. A Motor Takaful plan covers against loss or damage to your vehicle due to accidental fire, theft or accident. It also covers bodily injury or death of a third party as well as loss or damage of a third party’s property. Covers against third party risks in Malaysia were made compulsory under the Road Transport Act 1987. It is an offence for any person to use or cause or permits any other person to use a motor vehicle without necessary coverage.

    You can pay additional contributions to extend this certificate to also cover you against the following:

    Is there anything I need to take note of?

    You are entitled to a free enrolment of Car Assistant Programme provided by Advance Motor Assist Sdn Bhd (AMA).This service is only applicable to Motor Comprehensive Cover, in the case of accidents your vehicle be towed to the nearest panel workshop (free towing up maximum distance 50 km or RM200 per case basis). In the event of Breakdown or Accident, You may contact AMA’s 24-hour call centre for emergency assistance at hotline number 1-800- 883-262.

Perkhidmatan ini hanya terpakai kepada Perlindungan Komprehensif Motor, dalam kes kemalangan kenderaan anda ditunda ke panel bengkel yang terdekat (penundaan percuma sehingga jarak maksimum 50 km atau RM200 setiap kes tertentu).Sekiranya berlaku kerosakan atau kemalangan, Anda boleh menghubungi pusat panggilan 24 jam AMA untuk bantuan kecemasan di nombor hotline 1-800-883-262.
