Monthly Renewable Personal Accident Takaful - ParkInsure Takaful
ParkInsure Takaful is a monthly renewable personal accident product that provides compensation in the event of permanent disablement or death and inconvenience suffered caused by accidental means whilst within the car park compound.

Step 1:
Make a police report within 24 hours on alleged accidents
Step 2:
Ensure that you have all the necessary documents from the document checklist
Step 3:
Notify Zurich General Takaful Malaysia Berhad or Touch’n Go via the following channels:
- Touch ‘n Go eWallet ; or
- Email us at fnol@zurich.com.my
- Copy of police report on the alleged accident (if any)
- Your Touch ‘n Go Statement/ transaction records from your registered Touch ‘n Go Card
- Photos depicting the damages/events (if any) as a proof or a copy of a dashcam recording (if applicable).
- Certified True Copy of Death Certificate (for death claim)
- Certified True Copy of Post-Mortem Report (for death claim)
- Certified True Copy of claimant's identity card and proof of relationship i.e. birth certificate / marriage certificate (for death claim)
- Medical specialist report and assessment of the disability done within 12 months after the date of accident (for permanent disablement claim)
- Photos for total loss by physical severance / amputated (for permanent disablement claim)
- Medical report and any other documents to support the claim
- Receipt of the replacement key
