Scam Alert: Beware of false requirements asking to purchase a group personal loan accident insurance plan from Zurich Malaysia

We have been alerted to a scam involving individuals falsely claiming to represent a bank, targeting customers applying for personal loans by requesting them to purchase Zurich Malaysia’s group personal loan accident insurance plan as a condition for loan approval.

Please be informed that:

• Zurich Malaysia does not request payments via personal bank accounts.
• All official communications will come through our verified channels.
• You should never share personal or banking information with unknown contacts.

If you have received a suspicious message or call, please:

• Do not respond or click any links.
