Pay My Premiums / Contributions

Ways To Pay My Premiums

We make it convenient for everyone.

For General Insurance and General Takaful, please contact your agent or visit your nearest Zurich branch.

For Life Insurance and Family Takaful, you may choose one of the following ways to remit your life insurance premiums / family takaful contributions to us. Please note that effective 1st July 2019, cash payment over the Zurich branch counter is capped at RM5,000 per payor.

E-Payment (Life Insurance Premiums)

  • Via MyPolicy

    Sign up / Log in to MyPolicy@Zurich to make payment online from your Current Account / Savings Account via FPX or with your Debit / Credit card.

    1. Log-in to MyPolicy@Zurich
    2. Click "MyPayment" tab.
    3. Click New Application / Renewal Policy Payment.
    4. Select the policy that you wish to pay and key in “Payment Amount”.
    5. Select your preferred payment method.
    6. Click "Confirm”.
    7. Complete the payment transaction.
    8. Click "Submit" to complete the payment process.
    9. Download / print the Acknowledgement Slip.
  • Via Corporate Website

    Make one-time payment and/or renewal premium payment from your Current Account/ Savings Account or with your Debit / Credit card.

    1. Click Here to access our payment portal.
    2. Key in the Policy No. and then click "Add".
    3. Key in the payment amount.
    4. Click "Confirm" to proceed to the payment page.
    5. Select your preferred payment method.
    6. Click "Confirm”.
    7. Complete the payment transaction.
    8. Click "Submit" to complete the payment process.
    9. Download / print the Acknowledgement Slip.
     
  • Via JomPAY

     JomPay Logo  JomPAY Biller Code: 9191

    Log-in to your preferred bank’s internet or mobile banking website to make payment from your Current Account / Savings Account or credit card.

    1. Click "JomPAY" at BillPay menu.
    2. Key in "9191" at Biller Code field.
    3. Key in your life policy number at Ref-1 field.
    4. Key in your contact number at Ref-2 field.
    5. Key in the payment amount.
    6. Click "Submit" to complete the payment process.

E-Payment (Family Takaful Contributions)

  • Via MyAccount

    Sign up / Log in to MyAccount@Zurich to make payment online from your Current Account / Savings Account via FPX or with your Debit / Credit card.

    1. Log-in to MyAccount @ Zurich Takaful
    2. Select E-Payment
    3. Click "Pay My Contribution"
    4. At "Own Certificate(s) Payment List", click "PAY" for the selected certificate number
    5. Key in amount in "Payment Amount” & click "UPDATE"
    6. Click "CONFIRM" then select your preferred Payment Method.
    7. Complete the payment transaction.
    8. Click "Submit" to complete the payment process.
    9. Download / print the Acknowledgement Slip.
  • Via Corporate Website

    Make a one-time contribution and/or renewal family takaful contribution from your Current Account / Savings Account or with your Debit / Credit card.

    You may also opt to make contribution via PayHalal, a Shariah-compliant online payment gateway that allows you to transact through FPX and credit cards.

    1. Click Here to access our payment portal.
    2. Key in the Certificate no. and then click "Add" for Payment.
    3. Key in the payment amount.
    4. Select your preferred payment method.
    5. Click "Confirm" to proceed to the payment page.
    6. Complete the payment transaction.
    7. Click "Submit" to complete the payment process.
    8. Download / print the Acknowledgement Slip.

    We will automatically deduct your life insurance premiums from your bank account or credit card on a recurring basis. Do note that transaction charges may apply for selected banks.

    Note: A one-time registration can be made at any of our Zurich branches that provide life insurance services.

  • I'm a Zurich Takaful Customer

    A one-time registration can be made at any of the Zurich Takaful branches. We will automatically deduct your family takaful contributions from your bank account or credit card on a recurring basis. Do note that transaction charges may apply for selected banks.

    You may download the Direct Debit Authorisation Form / Credit Card Debit Authorisation Form from the Download Forms section and submit it to your nearest Zurich Takaful branches.

    Direct Debit via Biro Perkhidmatan Angkasa

    You can make your family takaful contributions through salary deduction via Biro Perkhidmatan Angkasa (ANGKASA) – the collection medium between all departments in the public sector and the Accountant General or State Accountant.

ATM Banking

Maybank ATM (for Zurich Insurance customers only)

Pay your life insurance premiums at any Maybank ATMs located nationwide. A one-time registration can be made at any Zurich branches that provide life insurance services before you start paying your life insurance premiums at your preferred Maybank ATM.

  1. Visit the nearest Maybank ATM after 10 working days of your registration.
  2. Insert your Maybank ATM card
  3. Key in your 6-digit pin number
  4. Select "PAYBILLS" on the main menu screen
  5. Select “REGISTERED PAYEE CORP”
  6. Enter your payment amount
  7. Select “Yes” to confirm
  8. Select the account you wish to make payment from (ie. Savings or Current)
  9. Select the policy number that you wish to pay for
  10. Select “Yes” to continue Complete transaction and print bank-in slip

Note: Please retain your ATM receipt for future reference.

Bank Branches

Pay your life insurance premiums / family takaful contributions by cash or cheque at any of the following banks that is convenient to you:

  1. Use one bank-in slip for ONE policy / certificate number only.
  2. Fill in your policy / certificate number in the Reference ("Rujukan") column on the bank-in slip.
  3. Fill in the correct bank account number

How can I check the payment status for my life insurance premiums / family takaful contributions?

Alternatively, you may log-in to MyPolicy@Zurich or MyAccount @ Zurich Takaful to check your payment status after 3 working days.

Will there be any receipt issued?

No receipt will be issued for payment method via the Internet Banking, Auto Debit Deduction and ATM Banking. You are advised to check your online transaction history or bank / credit card statement.

The official receipt for payments made via cheques will be sent to the last known address of the policy / certificate holder. If your address has changed, please notify us.

Note: Your Annual Premium Statement or Annual Contribution Statement can be downloaded from MyPolicy (for life Insurance customers) or MyAccount (for family takaful customers).
