  • ATM Banking

    Maybank ATM (for Zurich Life Insurance customers only)

    Pay your life insurance premiums at any Maybank ATMs located nationwide. A one-time registration can be made at any Zurich branches that provide life insurance services before you start paying your life insurance premiums at your preferred Maybank ATM.

    1. Visit the nearest Maybank ATM after 10 working days of your registration.
    2. Insert your Maybank ATM card
    3. Key in your 6-digit pin number
    4. Select "PAYBILLS" on the main menu screen
    5. Select “REGISTERED PAYEE CORP”
    6. Enter your payment amount
    7. Select “Yes” to confirm
    8. Select the account you wish to make payment from (ie. Savings or Current)
    9. Select the policy number that you wish to pay for
    10. Select “Yes” to continue Complete transaction and print bank-in slip

    Note: Please retain your ATM receipt for future reference.

  • Bank Branches

    Pay your life insurance premiums / family takaful contributions by cash or cheque at any of the following banks that is convenient to you:

    1. Use one bank-in slip for ONE policy / certificate number only.
    2. Fill in your policy / certificate number in the Reference ("Rujukan") column on the bank-in slip.
    3. Fill in the correct bank account number

    Will there be any receipt issued?

    No receipt will be issued for payment method via the Internet Banking, Auto Debit Deduction and ATM Banking. You are advised to check your online transaction history or bank / credit card statement.

    The official receipt for payments made via cheques will be sent to the last known address of the policy / certificate holder. If your address has changed, please notify us.

    Note: Your Annual Premium Statement or Annual Contribution Statement can be downloaded from MyPolicy (for life Insurance customers) or MyAccount (for family takaful customers).
