Delivery of Essential Services during MCO

At Zurich Malaysia, our top priority is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees, distributors/agents, customers and all those around us.

As our Head Office and branch premises are closed throughout the Movement Control Order (MCO) duration (currently extended to 14 April 2020), our employees are working remotely from home to continue providing essential services including the processing and handling of insurance/takaful claims, issuance of guarantee letters for hospital admissions and annual renewal of insurance policies/takaful certificates.

To check your policy/certificate's sustainability, please log in to MyPolicy (for Zurich Life Insurance policies) or MyAccount (for Zurich Takaful certificates) to view the statement.
