We wish to advise that it is important to update your latest personal details and provide us your 12-digit NRIC number as Zurich is moving to many digitalized approaches to provide seamless services to our valued customers. There are many available options for you to update your personal details.
For change of address, contact number and email address, you may update the change directly online via our customer portal https://myzurichlife.com.my.
To update your 12-digit NRIC number, please complete the Request for Change Form and submit the form together with a copy of your NRIC through email to callcentre@zurich.com.my.

Following the Malaysian Government's recent announcement to revise the Service Tax, please be informed that with effect from 1 March 2024, the rate of Service Tax in respect of your insurance policy/takaful certificate will be revised from 6% to 8% where applicable.
